摘 要 矿井通风系统设计是矿井总体设计的重要组成部分，是保证矿井安全生产的重要环节。因此，必须密切配合其他生产环节来周密考虑、精心设计以达到最佳效果。矿井通风设计的基本任务是建立一个安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理和管理方便的通风系统，其内容包括矿井通风系统确定、矿井各用风地点所需风量、总风量与总风压，选择矿井通风设备等。为了确保煤矿安全生产，煤矿安全设计十分重要。根据和尚嘴煤矿的实际情况，结合目前的安全技术，对和尚嘴矿进行了通风设计。矿井设计生产能力为500万t/a，服务年限为60。设计采用斜井开拓方式，划分为两个盘区。采煤工艺为综合机械化放顶煤工艺。矿井通风方式为中央并列式，通风方法为抽出式，矿井主要通风机设计需风量为100，矿井主要通风机型号为BD-No24，且对矿井所需通风构筑物进行了布置。 关键词：通风系统通风总阻力主要通风机ABSTRACT The mine ventilation design is an important part of the mine production system design and an important part of ensuring safety production. So, it is significantly important to meet other parts of production in order to achieve the best results. The basic task of mine ventilation design is to create a safe and reliable, advanced, economic and convenient ventilation system. The contents of the mine ventilation system design include the identification of the mine ventilation system, calculation and distribution of mine air, calculation of mine ventilation resistance, selecting the ventilation equipment. To ensure the safety of coal mine, safety design is significantly important. According to the actual situation of Heshangzui mine, combined with the current security technology, Heshangzui mine ventilation system is designed. Designed annual mine production is 5.0 million t / a, and time of service is 60. Inclined shaft development approach is used and two panels are divided in Heshangzui mine. The design employs mechanized longwall mining that is gaining popularity as mining method. And mining technology is mechanized top coal caving technology. Mine ventilation system belongs to the central parallel type, and the air volume that fan needs is 100. The main fan model is BD-No24, and the structures of the mine ventilation have been arranged.
