“1+2+1项目中美大学实验班”教学计划与课程建议安排 1.课程简介The Course Descriptions of the Experimental Class 1、大学语文Chinese Classic Literature 本课程通过学习诗经，先秦散文，楚辞，秦汉文学，汉魏诗歌，六朝散文，唐，宋，元，明清小说，学生将更好地了解中国历史上不同时期的古典作品。这是通过对古典文学作品的学习，欣赏及批判训练而达到的。 Through studying the Book of Songs, the pre-Qin prose, Songs of the South, the Qin and Han Literature, Han, Wei Poetry, Prose of Six Dynasties, Song , Tang, Yuan Dynasties and novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties, students are expected to improve their understanding of classical works of different times in Chinese history. This is achieved by lectures and practice on the appreciation and critique of the classical literary works. 2、高等数学/微积分 Advanced Mathematics/Calculus 本课程介绍微积分的基本概念、基本理论和基本运算技能，包括函数、极限、连续、一元函数微积分学，向量代数和空间解析几何，多元函数微积分学及常微分方程等方面的基本概念、基本理论和基本运算技能。以培养学生分析和解决问题的能力。 This course focuses on the expatiation upon the basic concepts, theories and operation skills of function, limits, continuity, one-variable calculus, differential equation, vector algebra, dimensional analytic geometry, multiple-variable calculus, infinite series, etc, in order to foster the students’ ability of analyzing and solving the problems. 3、计算机理论及应用 Computer Science and Applications 本课程提供了一个对微型计算机语言，文字处理，电子表格，数据库，商业图形和互联网的跨学科的介绍。包括两部分，第一部分介绍计算机的基本概念、原理和技巧。第二部分主要介绍计算机操作，通过实践环节，使学生掌握常用操作系统软件、办公软件、互联网的操作，并训练、培养学生发现问题、独立分析问题和解决问题的能力。 This inter-discipline course introduces concepts in micro-computer language, word processing, electronic forms, database, commercial graphics, and internet. It includes two parts. The first part covers foundations and techniques of computer science. The second part covers computer operations.
