企业集团资金管理模式研究 摘要：随着世界经济的发展,经济全球化的影响不断加深，企业集团已经成为经济活动中最为活跃的力量。我国的企业集团由面向国内市场转向面对国际市场的竞争，如何管理好企业集团成为目前各界讨论的热点。在经历了“以生产为核心”和“以市场为核心”的管理理念后,“以财务为核心”的管理理念受到了越来越多理论界和实业界人士的认可。企业财务管理的核心是资金管理，这是因为资金是企业的血液,它贯穿于企业采购、生产、销售等各个环节，企业集团能否体现其整体效应和协同效应与资金管理的效率、方法密不可分。本文主要采用了规范研究的方法，结合比较法进行分析。首先界定企业集团资金管理的相关概念，明确企业集团资金管理的主要内容；随后介绍企业集团资金管理模式并展开分析论证；然后探讨了企业集团对资金管理的基本模式的选择；最后提出完善企业集团资金管理模式的建议。 关键词：企业集团；财务管理；资金管理模式 The Research on Funds management Models of Enterprise Group Abstract: With the deepening of economics globalization. The economics globalization has more and more influence on our country. Enterprise Group has been one of the most important powers in economic activities, and has been carrying out the transition from extensive to managing standardization and going out of the country’s gateway facing the international market instead of the domestic market. It has been the hottest issue in the academic discussion about how to run Enterprise Group effectively. After the philosophies of “production oriented” and “market oriented” in the company management activity, “financial activity oriented” philosophy has been more and more accepted by both academic researcher and business managers. Capital is the core of the financial administration of enterprises. Capital is the blood of enterprises. It involves in the whole process of production cycle, such as raw material purchasing, goods production, product selling and so on. Whether Enterprise Group could show its synergy effect is closely related to capital management model and management efficiency. Enterprise Group has many kinds of modes of capital management. Normative approach is used to research on this thesis, and comparative analysis is also used in this article. First of all, we will make clear the concept of Funds Management and its main content.
