　 Abstract Letter of credit, with providing a more trustworthy way between the purchasers and the bargainers, has becoming the primary and common means of international settlement. In the international businesses, as the buyers and the sellers are from different countries, they usually explain the legal relationship in terms of their individual law and customs. Therefore, different conclusions have always been made while using L/C. This has prevented the development of L/C.
