在遵循上述四原则的基础上，提出了构建和谐社会进程中经济利益协调的 实现方式，即必须在大力发展生产力，不断增加社会财富的基础上，综合运用 经济、行政、道德、法律等各种手段，来协调当前我国社会的经济利益关系。 并采取切实可行的具体对策，协调构建和谐社会进程中的宏观、微观经济利益 矛盾，推动经济、社会协调发展，最终实现构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。　 　 【关键词】　和谐社会　　　经济利益矛盾　　　经济利益协调　　　实现途径 IV Abstract Interests are the kind of social relations which are demonstrated by the needs of the community. Interests are also the fundamental issues which are related to the existence and development of mankind. All activities of human are related to interests and pursuit of interests. The economic interests meet the economic needs of the people which are the results of production i
