工程共同体伦理责任问题研究 ABSTRACT Since the 20th century, along with the implementing of large-scale modern projects and the engineering of more negative effect, the engineer community, as the subject of engineering activities, meets various ethics problems in daily engineering work. This problem has been the core of engineering ethics and the engineering philosophy concern. The thesis did a systematic research in three aspects on the ethical responsibility of engineer community. Firstly, it determines the concept connotation of “the engineering community” after analyzing the concept of “community” and “scientific community” based on the three basic elements ----science, technology and engineering. Then the author expounds that engineering community has many complex constitutions and further discusses its constitutions, characteristics, behavior standards. Secondly, after reviewing the evolvement of engineering ethics, the author mainly probes into the ethical responsibility of engineering community from two aspects. On the one hand, the author regards engineering as a process, and thereby classifies ethical responsibilities of different engineering subjects in different processes, and then analyzes the responsibility conflicts between engineers and administrators. On the other hand, the author advances that the ethical responsibility of engineer community includes not only the relationships between persons in the dynamic engineering technological activities, but also moral concern in the natural environment, and expatiates on the responsibility for engineer community to shoulder toward the natural environment. Finally, the author pointed interior and exterior approaches for engineering community to take the ethical responsibility.
