本科生毕业论文(设计) 题目 浅析物流外包的风险与防范 作者姓名 赖平平 指导教师 李滨江 二级学院 商学院 专 业 物流管理 学 号 8B084332 2012 年 5月 12 日 浅析物流外包的风险与防范 摘 要 随着市场竞争的加剧和信息技术的快速发展，企业为了取得竞争上的优势，正在利用第三方物流为其提供所需的服务。因此，第三方物流业应运而生，并在物流业中所起的作用也越来越大，它已成为西方国家物流业发展的有效运作模式。物流外包逐渐被供需双方(物流服务供应商和需求方)认可。物流外包不仅能在企业的转型中发挥重要作用，而且能让企业将主要精力集中于核心业务，增强企业的核心竞争能力，扩大经营规模，开辟新的市场。但是物流外包本身具有的复杂性，使企业物流外包过程中常常出现物流中断，甚至失败。本文企业的物流运作方式对企业物流外包的原因、物流外包存在的风险进行分析，进而提出防范对策，以促进企业更好地结合企业的自身的实际情况，做好物流业务外包，提高企业的核心竞争力。?? 关键词：物流外包；风险；防范对策 Analysis of Logistics Outsourcing Risk and Prevention Abstrct With the aggravation of the market competition and the rapid development of information technology, the enterprise is making use of the third party logistics to provide the required services in order to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, the third party logistics arises at the historic moment, and has played a more and more important role in the logistics industry. It has become the development of logistics industry in western countries effective operation mode. Logistics outsourcing is gradually accepted by both the supply and the demand (logistics service suppliers and home-textile). Logistics outsourcing can not only play an important role in the transformation, but also can make enterprises will mainly focus on core business, enhance the core competition ability of the enterprise, to expand the operation scale, open up a new market. But the logistics outsourcing itself has the complexity, make the enterprise logistics outsourcing often happens during the process of logistics disruption, even fail. Article introduces four kinds of enterprise logistics operation ways and the factors that influence logistics outsourcing decisions , the cause of the risk analysis, and then puts forward countermeasures to promote enterprises to better integrate with the own actual situation, completes the logistics outsourcing, and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
