成本管理论文-浅论现金股利政策的代理成本理论在我国的应用 摘要：从2000年开始，实施现金分红上市公司的比例大幅度提高，连续5年超过半数。上市公司现金股利政策的研究倍受关注。为了缩小研究范围，本文回溯了在国外被广泛应用的代理成本理论的前提条件和理论框架，通过对比这个理论的前提条件和我国现状，分析代理成本理论在我国的应用前景。并在前提条件的角度上将在我国具有解释力利益输送观点统一于代理成本理论中。关键词：股利政策理论；代理成本理论；应用The Application of Agency Cost Theory on our Dividend policy Abstract：The ratio of listing companies who pay out dividend has risen since 2000.
