新课标实施下甘肃省农村小学的学校体育工作及发展对策研究 田 广 （陇南师范高等专科学校体育系 甘肃 成县 742500） 摘 要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法，从体育师资、《体育与健康课程标准》(简称“新课标”)的实施、体育教学计划的执行和检查、体育课的开设和课外体育活动的开展、学生活动时间、体育教师对“健康第一”教学指导思想的认识、学生学习评价等方面，对甘肃省10个地州市22个县(市区)农村小学的学校体育工作进行了较为全面的调查分析，旨在探寻存在的问题，并针对存在的问题，提出发展对策，为更好更快地实施新课程标准，开展好学校体育教学工作提供有益的参考。 关键词：甘肃省；农村小学；新课标；实施；学校体育；发展对策 Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategy of the Rural Primary schools Physical Education Work under“ New class sign” in Gansu Tian Guang (1.Department of Physical Education, Longnan Teachers College, Gansu 742500;2.)
