摘 要 冲击式破碎机是广泛运用于特硬、中硬及磨蚀性物料的粗碎与细碎作业的高效破碎机械设备。在设计初，先查阅资料，了解了冲击式破碎机在国内外的现状。然后按照破碎机的一般设计步骤进行了以下设计：破碎机总体方案确定及主轴等主要零件结构参数的计算和选择；破碎机工作参数的计算；破碎机结构设计；破碎机的受力分析和主要零部件的强度校核。最后完成破碎机装配图，主要部件及零件图，设计说明书一份。 关键词：冲击式破碎机；传送带；叶轮；轴 Abstract The impact crusher is widely used in special hard, hard and abrasive materials, rough broken and mechanical crushing operations efficiency impact crusher.
