公路工程施工项目管理关键问题的研究.pdf

摘要 随着我省经济的持续、健康发展，基础设施建设己成为我省经济的一个重要组成部分， 大交通引领大发展，四通八达的高速公路网，必将为江西经济发展插上腾飞的翅膀。在建 设与项目管理的同时，多数企业存在着管理差、抗风险能力低、缺乏竞争力等劣势，难以 很好的抓住在管理中存在的关键问题，缺乏系统的公路工程施工项目管理的理论、方法。 为此，高速公路行业的项目管理知识及管理水平为基础设施建设在市场日趋激烈的竞争中 稳定、健康发展奠定了良好的基础，起到了关键性的作用。 论文以项目管理的相关理论和项目管理实践相结合的研究为对象，阐述项目如何加强 队伍建设强化质量管理和施工质量控制，注重技术人才的引进和特色施工队伍的建设；阐 述了项目标准化建设的必要性和紧迫性，从项目的各个环节进行具体的说明；阐述了如何 更加有效地进行项目成本控制，通过创新管理制度降低工程造价；最后对本文做进一步的 总结，并得出实际管理经验，抓住关键问题，得以指导项目的管理实践。 本文的研究价值在于创新项目施工管理模式，规范项目管理细节，抓住项目施工过程 中的关键问题，包括工期质量管理，成本控制以及标准化建设等。项目实施过程中，我们 应始终查堵管理漏洞，做到开源与节流相结合，争创项目管理一流、效益一流之目标，对 高速项目施工管理实践具有一定借鉴价值。 关键词：公路工程；施工管理；管理目标；关键问题。 II Abstract The real estate trades have already become an important component of national economy with the continual and fast development of the macroeconomy of our country. China has already joined WTO formally, the i nternational real estate enterprise group must enter the Chinese real estate market,and most existing real estate enterprises of our country are having many disadvantages, for example inferior management, the ability is low to resist risk and lacking competition ability, etc. The implementation and application of theory and methods of the highway project construction management in the real estate trade have established the good foundation ，and played a key role for the real estate developer to develop in a healthy and steady way in the market of keen competition.
