摘要 林之奇的 《尚書全解》作為南宋初期一部重要的 《書》解之作， 在中國 《尚書》學史上佔有重要的歷史地位。其書旁徵博引，考證詳 細；不但對於孔、鄭、王、馬諸人有所商榷，對於宋代諸名家 《書》 解亦都有參證。尤其重在駁正王安石 《書義》的穿鑿附會和為新法張 目。本文對於其對王安石新學的駁正和採用做了梳理與研究。同時林 之奇解經明白曉暢，反復申說，體現宋儒特色。而其重證實據，兼顧 詁訓，對漢唐舊注多有沿襲，則又顯出一定的樸學特色。本文對此進 行了論述，并總結了林氏解經的方法和特色。至於其引用的不少宋人 《書》解文字，由於原著已經亡佚，則林書保存佚文的文獻價值很高， 對此本文就其對宋人 《書》解的輯佚作用進行了論述。此外，林之奇 《尚書全解》的成書過程，以及 《洛誥》以下部份的真偽，一直存在 問題；本文對此進行的研究和探討。 關鍵詞：林之奇 《尚書全解》 《尚書》學 Abstract Lin Zhiqis Shangshu Quan Jie as the important research on early Southern Song Dynasty, in Chinese Shangshu history occupies an important place in history. This book is a detailed textual research. It not only for the views of Kong、Zheng、Wang、Ma have textual research， on the Song Dynasty, the famous works, also have research. It is especially critical of Wang Anshis Shu Yi that give strained interpretations and draw farfetched analogies. In this paper, I discuss and research about the criticism and praise of Wang Anshis theory. Lin Zhiqis work is easy to understand, sufficient demonstration, and embodies the characteristics of Song Dynasty scholar.And he paid attention to the evidence, is good at Xungu,also has the characteristics of the scholars in the Han Dynasty.This paper discusses and summarizes his solution, method and characteristic.As to the reference books of the Song Dynasty,the original has been lost, so the value of it is very high.So in this paper, I discussed the compilation function of it.In addition, the process of the book and the authenticity of Luogao, has been a problem.This paper studied and discussed about it.
