高等级汽车板的开发与应用

(中国钢研科技集团有限公司钢铁研究总院,北京 100081摘要:我国汽车业的迅速发展面临着设计与制造新一代美观时尚、安全舒适、节能环保的超轻钢车身ULSAB与未来钢FSV汽车的技术挑战,因此对高等级汽车板,尤其是对高表面质量的汽车外板和高强塑性的先进高强度钢AHSS汽车板的开发与生产,提出了严格的技术要求。高表面质量的汽车外板,对深冲级和超深冲级冷轧板、镀锌板、高强度IF钢及其镀锌板,要求表面零缺陷控制。简要介绍了冷轧板典型表面缺陷的种类、微观特征、形成原因和工艺控制。AHSS钢的第一代双相钢DP和相变诱导塑性TRIP钢,第三代淬火-碳分配处理Q-P钢,以其高强度、高塑性、可成形、低合金、低成本等高性价比优势,正在全面进入超轻钢车身和未来钢汽车结构,使车身重量分别减轻25和35,显著提高了汽车的燃油效率、抗冲撞能力和低排放功能。简要介绍了第一代和第三代AHSS钢汽车板的核心技术:残余奥氏体-相变诱导塑性效应-连续退火工艺控制。同时,介绍了各国技术标准没有文字说明,但是对于高等级汽车板进入汽车业并得到实际应用的重要技术指标:性能质量的均质性。

Abstract: The rapid development of auto industry in China is facing the technical challenge in design and manufacture of the new generation ultra-light steel auto-body ULSAB and future steel vehicle FSV in fashion aesthetic, safety, comfort, energy-saving and environmental-friendly function. The serious technical requirements are put forward on high-grade auto-sheet-steels, especially on the cold-rolled sheet-steels with high-quality surface for outer-panels and advanced high strength steels AHSS with excellent plasticity and formability. The outer-panels require zero-surface-defect control on cold-rolled sheet-steel, high-strength IF steel and their galvanized sheet-steels. The typical category of surface defects on cold-rolled sheet-steels, their micro-features, origin and occur-reason as well as the process control are briefly introduced. The AHSS of DP, TRIP, Q-P sheet-steels with high performance/cost ratio based on high-strength, high-plasticity and formability, low-alloy and low cost, have been extensively applied to ULSAB and FSV car-body and reduced their weight by 25% and 35% respectively., thus the car performance in fuel-efficiency, crash-resistance and low emission was remarkably improved.
