高等教育大众化背景下的高等教育质量评价特征与应用研究——以山西省高等教育评价为例.pdf

摘要 高等教育大众化作为当前我国高等教育发展模式的改革方向已经被人们逐 渐接受和认可，在规模扩张的基础上如何保证高等教育的质量就显得尤为重要。 但由于我国对高等教育质量评价的研究起步较晚，教育质量评价的实践还不够 成熟，所以难免在教育质量评价的实践中出现矛盾，严重阻碍了高等教育质量 评价的发展和提高。因此如何改进高等教育质量评价方法，提高高等教育的质 量是推动高等教育发展，保证高等教育质量水平不断提高的前提。 本文结合高等教育大众化背景下山西省高等教育质量评价方法的发展状况 做出简略分析，指出当前山西省高校教育质量评价方法存在快速发展的教育评 价活动与滞后的评价理论之间的问题；行政管理下的评价与教育手段实施之间 的问题；难以统一的评价标准与高等教育的多元化之间的问题等，就山西省高 等教育质量评价方法中自我评价、政府评价及社会评价组织的发展提出了改进 意见，确立了教育质量评价标准的原则和改进方法，并建立起高等教育大众化 背景下山西高等教育质量评价方法和制度保障。 【关键词】高等教育大众化质量教育评价方法 3 Abstract inour reformdirectionof education Asthecurrent modelofthe higher country， development education hasbeen and acceptedapproved，SO，its higher popularizationgradually to the of eductionbasedonthescale we ensure higher important quality laterthanother ofeducmion starttheevaluationof education countries，the higher quality practice assessmentisnotmature intheeductionevaluation quality enough，theantinomy quality practice is hinderedthe and ofthe educmion improvementhigher quality unavoidable，anddevelopment evaluation ofthe educationevaluation higher quality seriously．Therefore，theimprovement methodscanbe in the of Canbeusefulto developmenthighereducation，and helpfulimproving
