  摘   要  近年来，随着高雅艺术的普及，国内中学生乐团越来越多，而且乐团的水平 也日渐成熟。兰州十四中交响乐团作为全国成立最早的中学生交响乐团之一，经 历了 29 载的不断磨砺，已经成长为一支编制齐全、设备精良的大型中学生交响 乐团。尤其值得一提的是，从乐团创建之初以普及交响乐为目的，发展到现在乐 团成为培育音乐人才的摇篮，为学生能进入高等艺术院校搭建了良好的学习平 台，促进了学生的全面发展。本文从十四中交响乐团的发展历程入手，以文献资 料为基础，运用问卷调查、比较分析、访谈等研究方法，通过对兰州十四中交响 乐团成员、十四中西北音乐学校教师及学生家长等层面的调查分析，探讨了交响 乐团的作用及影响，真实反映兰州十四中交响乐团的状况及存在的问题，并提出 了完善招生计划、加大交流力度、需要全面指挥、选择过硬曲目、延长乐团周期 等几点建议。 全文分为三个部分： 第一部分：兰州十四中交响乐团的发展历程。主要从创建时期、初步发展时 期、发展时期三个阶段来阐述乐团的发展。 第二部分：兰州十四中交响乐团的调查研究与分析。从对兰州十四中交响乐 团成员，十四中西北音乐学校教师及学生家长等几个层面的问卷调查及访谈，真 实反映乐团的状况和存在的不足。 第三部分：关于兰州十四中学生交响乐团的思考。着重论述交响乐团的作用 及影响，乐团存在的问题及矛盾，以及关于乐团的建设与发展的几点建议。 最后，本文的结论部分。对本研究内容进行归纳与总结，指出本研究的创新 点和不足。 关键词： 兰州市第十四中学 中学生交响乐团 研究   II                            Abstract  In recent years, along with the elegant art popularization, more and more domestic student orchestras have developed more mature level, as one of the earliest School Symphony Orchestra, Lanzhou Fourteenth High School Symphony Orchestra has grown into a prepared complete, well-equipped large School Symphony Orchestra for almost 29 years.
