精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目： CA6140进给箱操纵机构设计 学 院： 专 业： 班 级： 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 职称：副教授 指导教师： 职称： 年 月 日 摘 要 CA6140型车床是我国自行设计的卧式车床，此车床通用性强，加工范围广万能性较大，作为主要的车削加工机床，CA6140机床广泛的应用于机械加工行业中。但结构较复杂而且自动化程度低，在加工形状比较复杂的工件时，换刀较麻烦，加工过程中的辅助时间较多，所以适合于单件、小批生产及修理车间。 本设计在这次的毕业设计中，主要研究了车床的总传动链和进给箱部分的传动链。进给箱是本次课题的重点部分主要包括： 1.进给箱的结构 2.进给箱的传动链 3.进给箱的螺纹机构设计准则。 4.进给箱中齿轮的设计和校核 略微涉及到内容主要有车螺纹系统及齿数比的确定，增倍机构设计及移换机构设计，离合器，操纵机构，箱体等机床主要参数的确定，传动方案和传动系统图的拟定。 研究CA6140型车床具有经济，学术的现实意义。通过对CA6140型车床的主轴箱的传动设计和制造的设计与分析可以使我们对大学四年所学的课程进行一次较好的巩固和提升。 关键词：CA6140机床； 进给箱；齿轮；传动链 ABSTRACT CA6140-type lathe is designed by Chinas horizontal lathe, the lathe high universality, processing of a larger universal scope, as a major turning machine, CA6140 machine widely used in mechanical processing industry. However, more complex structure and low degree of automation in the processing of more complex shape of the workpiece, the tool change more trouble processing aids in the process of time more, so suited to one-piece, small batch production and repair workshop.
