精品机械毕业设计 答辩CAD图纸资料 优秀通过答辩 ∮3.5/3×60m水泥回转窑电控系统 摘 要 随着经济的不断发展，楼房建设越来越被需要，然而水泥是楼房建设的必须材料被大量的需要。从而水泥回转窑是生产水泥的必须设备，工作效率，运转情况，生产过程等成为重中之重。为了保证整个系统安全可靠和生产的连续性，提高自动化水平，适应水泥回转窑工艺要求。从该系统I/O测点较多等方面考虑到系统对该设备的硬件条件要求较高及以往的使用情况，采用PLC为核心的集中和分散相结合的控制系统，由中央控制室、配料控制站、窑头控制站组成。本设计首先对水泥回转窑和PLC控制特点进行了简要的介绍，对I/O点数的分配与估计、PLC的类型、水泥回转窑的工艺流程的规划和电气参数的选择，控制原理图、总体控制图和梯形图的绘制等进行了详细阐述。 随着科技的发展，PLC的开发与应用把各国的工业推向自动化、智能化。强大的抗干扰能力使它在工业方面取代了微型计算机，方便的软件编程使他代替了继电器的繁杂连线，灵活、方便，效率高。 本论文分硬件设计和软件设计两个方面。硬件设计包括PLC型号的选用，常用元件的选取，外部接线的设计。 关键词：PLC，水泥回转窑，原理图，梯形图，控制系统 ∮3.5/3×60m THE　CONSTRUCTION　OF　CEMENT　AUTO－ELECTRONRC　SYSTEM ABSTRACT With the development of economy, building construction is increasingly needs, however, the construction of cement is building materials is a must.
