关于铁液中高碳下 Al－C－O 系的平衡研究

摘要：铁水预处理过程中加 Al 脱氧促进铁水脱硫，由于铁水中碳含量很高，在 Al 、C
同时存在的情况下，分析了生成Al C 的判定条件，研究表明Al C 的生成会影响Al 脱氧。

利用热力学分析，计算出 aAl aC 的乘积数值，从而对 Al-C-O 平衡进行了分析。根据理论

Considerations on the Equilibrium of Al–C–O in High
Carbon Hot Molten

Abstract: For promoting desulphurization Al is added to deoxidation during hot metal
desulphurization. Because the carbon content of hot metal is high, analysed the delay–independent
conditions of Al C producing when Al and C coexist in hot metal. The research shows that Al

deoxidation will be influenced by Al C producing. The calculated value of a a product

making using of thermodynamic which is to analyse Al–C–O balance. According to the calculated

value of aAl aC product, the Al–C equilibrium curve is plotted and discussed which is aimed at
determining the range of Al
