尿畅舒胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症-(肾)气虚血瘀型的临床研究.pdf

中文摘要 目的：观察尿畅舒胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症-（肾）气虚血瘀型的临床疗 效及安全性。 方法：采用随机、对照的方法，选取良性前列腺增生症-（肾）气虚血瘀型 患者72 例，其中试验组（尿畅舒胶囊组）和对照组（癃闭舒胶囊）各36 例。筛 选合格，经过3 个疗程（12周）的治疗后，观察治疗前后本病的中医症候评分、 国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、排尿症状对生活质量的影响(QOL)、前列腺体积、 残余尿量、最大尿流率的变化。所有结果均采用SPSS16.0进行统计分析，P0.05 表示差异有统计学意义。 结果：试验组32例病人，显效65.6%，有效21.9%，无效12.5%，总有效 率87.5%；相比对照组33例病人（显效36.4%，有效30.3%，无效33.3%，总有 效率66.7%），总疗效率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组在中医证候评分、国 际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、排尿症状对生活质量的影响(QOL)、残余尿量及最 大尿流率均较治疗前有明显改善（P0.05），但在前列腺体积方面两组相比无统 计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：尿畅舒胶囊对良性前列腺增生症-（肾）气虚血瘀型有良好治疗作用， 且疗效优于癃闭舒胶囊；是治疗该病的一种安全、有效的复方制剂，可作为治疗 该病的一种良好选择。 关键词：尿畅舒胶囊；前列腺增生症；（肾）气虚血瘀型 2 Abstract Objective: Through the N iao changshu capsule treats benign prostatic hyperplasia— （renal ）qi deficiency and stagnation of blood type in clinical research， Observes Niao changshu capsule to treat this disease the clinical curative effect .
