语义WIKI分析研究 杨锐 汤怡洁 李崴 梁慧刚 邱天 (中国科学院国家科学图书馆武汉分馆 武汉 430071) 【摘要】随着全球E-Research和中国科学院信息化工作发展，科研数字知识环境正在形成，各类研究对象（数据、文献、设施、过程、机构、人员、政策等）等数字信息资源以不同的组织方式，散落在各种不同机构，如科研机构、基金会、科研管理部门、图书馆等。智能语义Wiki系统的研究，正是在这一背景下提出，对于解决数字知识资源的动态发现、以及为广大科研人员提供知识集成、知识推理和知识获取是一个新的尝试。该项目以语义Web技术为基础，对智能语义Wiki进行分析研究。同时以科研本体作为数字知识资源的基本知识组织形式，能够根据不同的应用环境，灵活动态地组织不同来源的数字知识资源。整个研究过程包括了对语义Wiki的特性分析，然后通过调研从标注机制、导航机制和检索机制等三个方面展开深入研究，同时针对有代表性的语义Wiki项目进行了比较和分析，并开发原型系统进行验证。 【关键词】语义Wiki;标注;导航;检索 Analyzing and researching in the application of Semantic Wiki Yang Rui Tang Yijie Li Wei Liang Huigang Qiu Tian (Wuhan Branch of National Science Library, CAS, Wuhan 430071, China) 【Abstract】With the development of global E-Research and CAS information environment, scientific research digital knowledge environment is emerging. All kind of objects (data, documents, facilities, paper resources, processes, organization, person, policy, etc.) and other digital information resources organize by different pattern, scattered in various institutions, such as scientific research institutions, foundations and libraries. Semantic Wiki system is proposed in this context, to solve the digital knowledge resources for dynamic discovery. This is a new attempt to provide the knowledge integration, knowledge reasoning and knowledge acquisition for the general scientific. This project is based on the semantic web technology, analyzing and research the Semantic Wiki. The scientific research ontology as a basic knowledge organization, according to different application environments, dynamic and flexible organizes the digital knowledge resources from the number of different sources. The Semantic Wiki characteristics are analyzed, and then research the mechanism of the annotation; navigation mechanisms and retrieval mechanism in-depth, at the same time compared and analyzed the representative Semantic Wiki project.
