全口义齿再修复中确定垂直距离的方法探讨

[摘要] 目的 :探讨全口义齿再修复中确定垂直距离的方法。方法 :对 25 例长期配戴全口义齿而垂直距离过
( )
低的病例 ,根据颞下颌关节 TMJ 的结构特点 ,分别采用不同的颌位记录方法进行全口义齿再修复。结果 :全口义
齿再修复后 ,患者的面下 1/ 3 高度获得适度恢复 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,无 TMJ 区不适症状。结论 :在全口义齿再修复中 ,
确定垂直距离时应充分考虑无牙颌患者 TMJ 改建后的结构特点。

[Abstract ]Objective : To discuss the methods of reestablishing vertical dimensions of occlusion when replacing com
plete dentures. Method : 25 complete denture wearers with lower vertical dimensions were replaced by new ones through
different means of recording maxillomandibular relations , according to their temporomandibular joint structures . Result :
The results obtained were satisfactory in terms of reestablishing the proper dimensions of the lower third of the face , the
functional activities of mastication , and restoring the harmony relations of the occlusion muscles and TMJ . Conclusion :
Temporomandibular joint ’reconstruction of edentulous patients should be consider
