上海欧元实业有限公司薪酬激励制度探讨 摘  要 薪酬,作为人力资源的重要组成部分之一,是现代企业作为激励及竞争力的不可或缺的手段方法。薪酬方案是否合理,关系到企业每位员工的切身利益,并与企业战略目标的实现息息相关。合理有效的薪酬体系能够帮助企业在日益激励的人才竞争中脱颖而出,吸引更多的人才,并留住核心人才。按照现代人力资源管理的观点,薪酬的概念已经超出了传统的工资、奖金的范畴,进而涵盖了员工福利、股权激励乃至员工培训及员工职业发展规划等方面。 它是企业对于员工实施激励与约束最为有效的方法。同时,一套合理的薪酬体系对于增强员工归属感,留住核心人才,并引进优秀人员也起着决定性的作用。 关键词:人力资源、薪酬、激励机制、绩效 The system of incentive compensation Shanghai Euro Industrial Co. Ltd. ABSTRACT Compensation, as an important part of human resource, is a modern enterprise as a means of an incentive and competitive method. The compensation scheme is reasonable, related to the vital interests of every employee, and is closely related with the realization of the strategic goal of enterprise. A reasonable and effective compensation system can help the enterprise talent showing itself in the growing competition for talent, attract talent, and retain key talent. According to the modern human resources management point of view, the concept of compensation has been beyond the traditional salary, bonus category, and then covers the equity incentive and employee welfare, staff training and occupation development plan etc.. It is the enterprise for the employee incentive and constraint is the most effective method. At the same time, a reasonable salary system to enhance their sense of belonging, to retain the core of talent, and the introduction of outstanding staff also plays a decisive role.
