摘 要 多动行为是幼儿期常见的心理行为问题。随着患病率的增加及其对儿童身心广泛的损害，已引起家长、学校、儿童心理学家、教育学家、保健医师及精神病学专家的广泛关注。其核心症状为注意缺陷、多动和冲动。如果得不到及时的矫正，发展下去，会逐渐演变成儿童多动症，影响幼儿的健康成长。鉴于此，本文对幼儿多动行为的成因及矫正进行研究。文章首先对幼儿多动行为的内涵进行诠释，目的是为后文的研究提供理论基础，而后对幼儿多动行为产生的原因进行分析，指出家庭因素、生理因素、社会因素、学校因素是幼儿多动行为产生的主要因素。基于幼儿多动行为的形成原因。笔者提出了干预幼儿多动行为的对策，即利用家庭、社会、学校实行全方位的干预，以行为干预为主，饮食干预为辅，不使用药物干预。在具体的实施手段上，实施感觉统合训练法、集体游戏法、行为治疗法等多种手段，多管齐下，对幼儿多动行为实行全方位的干预。笔者希望通过对幼儿多动行为的成因及矫正研究，以期能为矫正幼儿多动行为尽自己的绵薄之力。 关键词： 幼儿多动行为； 危害性； 成因； 矫正； 干预 Abstract Hyperkinetic syndrome is one common mental behavior problem of childhood. As the morbidity is increasing and it can causes extensive harm to children’s mind and body, the problem has aroused wide concerns among parents, schools, child psychologists, educationalists, healthcare professionals and psychiatrists. Its core symptoms consist of attention deficit disorder, hyperactivity and impulse. If not corrected timely, after certain period of development, it will be evolved into hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood and will influence children’s healthy growth. For this reason, the paper will do research on the formation causes and antidotes of the hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood. The paper will firstly interpret the connotation of the hyperkinetic behaviors of childhood with the aim of providing theoretical basis for the researches in the following text. Then, the formation reasons of children’s hyperkinetic behaviors will be analyzed and the main factors including family factors, physiological factors, social factors, school factors, which cause children’s hyperkinetic behaviors will be stated as well. Based on the formation reasons of children’s hyperkinetic behaviors, the writer proposed primary strategies of intervening children’s hyperkinetic behaviors, which is to intervene all-roundly through family, society and school.
