But ，because of the shortage of law about informer ，when the investigative authorities use the informers to investigate ，they are usually negligent of specification and management. So informer’s investigation has exposed a lot of problems. In the first part of this article mainly discusses the basic theories and issues about informer’s investigation. The next part introduces some laws of the other countries and regions. In the last part，it is about how to perfect the system of informer’s investigation as to making the best use of informer’s investigation.
