There are many different kinds of Internet financial innovation models, such as online banking, mobile banking, mobile payments, P2P network lending platform, Ali finance, Tencent finance, etc. They have certain effect on banking, securities, insurance, funds and other traditional financial institutions. These Internet financial giants such as Ali, Tencent, Jingdong and Baidu all have innovated their financial business model, by using their own big date ,hoping their products can hold a position in the Internet financial tide. This paper first defines the concept of the Internet finance, then elaborates the developing situation of Chinas Internet finance, and lists the development of the International financial at present. Select the P2P financing platform and Internet monetary fund as the breakthrough point and analyzes how the Internet finance impact and influence the traditional financial business and the internet.
