旋切减压术联合亚甲蓝注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察 苏启超1 刘泉2 朱春阳1 李海芳1 耿海涛1 （河北省秦皇岛市第三医院1疼痛科、2骨科） 摘要 目的：探讨经皮穿刺椎间盘旋切减压术联合亚甲蓝注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:随机选取2008年2月至2009年8月在我院疼痛科住院的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者，按治疗方式随机分为单纯旋切减压术治疗组(A组，n=60)、经皮穿刺椎间盘靶点旋切减压术联合亚甲蓝注射治疗组(B组，n=60)；通过治疗前和治疗后VAS评分、止痛药使用情况及治疗后个月有效率来评价两组临床疗效.结果 两组治疗后VAS评分、止痛药使用评分均较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),术后个月随访, A组显效率(.67%)、有效率(.30%)均于B组(% 、%)(P0.05).两组均无明显并发症.Clinical application of decompressor combined methylene blue injection in treating lumbar disc herniation Authors: Su qi-chao, Liu quan, Zhu chun-yang Li hai-fang Geng hai-tao Affiliation: (1.Analgesia Department Pain Management Thirth People’s Hospital of Qinhuangdao,2 Department of Radiology，Qinhuangdao 066000) Abstract Objective:Aim To investigate the clinic technique and effect of treating lumbar disc herniation（ LDH ）with decompressor combined methylene blue injection.Methods: 120 contained LDH patients were randomly divided into two groups：decompressor group and decompressor combined injection group .Under the guidance of CT,sixty patients in group A were treated by disc decompression with Dekompressor through poster olateral approach, and the other sixty patients in group B were treated by disc decompression with Dekompressor through poster olateral approach,then methylene blue was injected into the lumbar disc and paravertebral space.The theraputic effect was evaluated by comparing VAS,the scores of taking painkillers and effective rate of therapy before and after treatment.Results: The VAS and the score of taking painkillers of two groups between pre-and post-treatment were significantly different（P〈0.05）. cases were followed up after 12 months.The marked effective rate was 66.67% in group A,80.00% in group B.The total effective rate was 78.30% in group A,90.00% in group B.The marked effective rate and the total effective rate were higher in group B than that in group A（P〈0.05）.Respectively,no evident complication occurred.Conclusion Decompressor combined methylene blue injection is an effective and safe m
