6例布鲁氏菌病分析 吴秀娟 ， 卢兰芬 （广东省中山市人民医院，广东中山 528403） 【摘要】 目的 分析6例布鲁氏菌病感染的检验特点及流行病学特性，提高对该病的认识。 方法 收集6例确诊为布鲁氏菌病的血培养微生物培养特性、临床资料、流行病学进行分析。 结果6例患者都与病畜有接触，有发热情况，但临床病症各不同，1例患者出现全身皮疹，1例患者出现头痛，1例患者出现睾丸肿大，1例患者出现乏力；血液白细胞总数1例增高，1例减少；肾功能正常；血沉3例增高，；C-反应蛋白5例增高。 结论 布鲁氏菌病临床表现多样化，中山市地区存在分散流行，应正确认识此病的临床特点，重视实验室检查，以减少对布鲁氏菌病的误诊，漏诊，及早对此病的诊断治疗，防止脏器和系统的累及。 【关键词】发热； 血培养 ；布鲁氏菌病 Analysis of 6 cases of brucellosis Wu Xiujuan,Guangdong Province Guangdong Zhongshan Peoples Hospital,Zhongshan 528403) 【Abstract】 objective analysis of 6 cases of brucellosis infection test features and epidemiological characteristics, to enhance the understanding of the disease. Methods the data of 6 cases diagnosed as brucellosis in blood culture microbial culture characteristics, clinical data, epidemiological analysis. Results 6 cases of patients with disease of animal contact, have a fever, but the clinical symptoms of each different, 1 cases of patients with generalized rash, 1 cases of patients with headache, 1 cases of patients with testicular swelling, 1 patients with onset of fatigue; white blood cell in total 1 cases of hypertension, 1 cases of normal renal function; reduction; erythrocyte sedimentation rate in 3 patients with hypertension,; C - reactive protein in 5 cases of hypertension.
