This paper investigates the concrete mixer truck driving smooth mainly from two aspects: the simulation analysis based on ADAMS and the experimental analysis based on tests, the main contents of the study are as follows: In the paper a vehicle multi-rigid-body dynamics model is utilized, and the model is verified by experiments. The multi-rigid-body modeling process on main frame, vice frame is studied firstly , and modal analysis are did on the dynamic model, the results indicate that the dynamical modal analysis results of main frame, vice frame and the modal analysis results are consistent. Then, on the vehicle dynamic modeling of the main parameters identification, dynamics modeling is did for the primary connection links. and is incorporated with the model of main frame, vice frame to establish the vehicle dynamic model. The accuracy of vehicle dynamics model is showed through vertical vibration natural frequency from the experiment and the vibration size trend of the main points. The vehicle vibration modal analysis, transfer function analysis and frequency response analysis are
