[Method] The ext action and pu ification conditions of polysaccha ides f om Acathopanax senticosus we e studied by single facto tests and o thogonal design tests. [ Result] The esults indicated that the conditions of ext action and pu ification techniques of Polysaccha ides f om Acathopanax senticosus w e e as follow s: the optimal wate ext action conditions of polysaccha ides we e confi med that the wate tempe atu e fo ext actionwas 90 fo 150 min, 2 times ext action, and the atio of mate ial (g) to wate ( ml) w as 118. The optimal alcohol sedimentation conditions of polysaccha ides we e asce tained that the alcohol tempe atu e was - 20 fo 36 h, the atio of alcohol ( ml) to wate ext action po tion ( ml) was 41, and the suitable pH value was 7.
