瓜馥木提取物对几种病原真菌抑菌活性的测定 傅春燕(邵阳医学高等专科学校药学系, 湖南 邵阳 422000 ) 摘 要：目的 在室内用生长速率法测定了瓜馥木提取物对几种病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果 瓜馥木总生物碱部分、氯仿乙酸乙酯石油醚 mg.mL-1。结论：在供试质量浓度为10 mg/mL时，72 h后瓜馥木提取物具有很好的抑菌活性。 关键词：瓜馥木提取物；病原真菌；抑菌活性 Inhibitory activities of the extracts from Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. on several kinds of pathogenic fungi FU Chun-yan, CHEN Dai-wu, LIU Ti-lou (Department of Pharmacology, Shaoyang Medical College Shaoyang, 422200 ) Abstract 【Objective】The inhibitory activities of the extracts from Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. on several pathogenic fungi was determined in laboratory using the growth rate method. 【Results】The abstracts of total alkaloids, chloroform and ethyl acetate showed 100% inhibiting rate respectively against Glorosprium musarum (Berk and Curt) Arx, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum, Mycosphaerella sentina (Fr.) Schroeter，Pestalotia calabae Westond and Sphaceloma fawcettii Jen kins.nhibition which the original extract from Fissistigma oldhamii against Sphaceloma fawcettii Jen kins, the abstract of petrol ether against Mycosphaerella sentina (Fr.) Schroeter and Sphaceloma fawcettii Jen kins, the abstract of n-butanol against Glorosprium musarum (Berk and Curt）ArxFusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum, Mycosphaerella sentina (Fr.) Schroeter and Pestalotia calabae Westond had more than 50% and they had significan antifungal activity.The EC50 of the ethyl acetate to Thielaviopsis paradoxa (de Seynes) V. Hohnel, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum, Sphaceloma fawcettii Jen kins, Glorosprium musarum (Berk ＆ Curt) Arx, Alternaria kikuchiana Takana and 【基金项目：Mycosphaerella sentina (Fr.) were 1.2905, 1.3491, 2.7203, 2.7294, 3.6706 and 4.7444 mg.mL-1 respectively against Thielaviopsis paradoxa (de Seynes) V. Hohnel and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum.【Conclusion】The extract from Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. showed high fungal inhibitory activity after 72h at a concentration of 10 mg/mL .
