Abstract: To improve the process information collaboration across enterprises in collaborative business, a meta
model based on Extended Markup Language(XML) for process descript ion w as proposed. To realize the semant ic
description of process informat ion, a semantic mapping rule and procedure based on Process Specificat ion Language
( PSL) ontology w as defined and the semant ic of PSL ontology w as analyzed. To realize the synt act ic description of
process information and information exchange, a description rule for PSL core based on XML was established. Fi
nally, an example of purchasing collaboration of supply chain w as provided to illustrat e the validity and feasibility.
