China 210001 E-mail: xx@xxx.xxx ABSTRACT Many changing factors such as policy, Developer and government control intensity result in uncoordinated part-images which can not form an integrity space image. In this way, people always have a negative perception on science park space. According to this, this article studies how the changing space load stimulate people, and suggest several countermeasures to meet the need of people’ perception on every construction period, finally giving space programming in Jiaxing science city as an example. Key words: Science Park, Building process, Space load 1 Study points （一级标题） All sizes and functions of Science Parks are developing rapidly as the high-tech industries playing a growing role in Chinese economic system. After highly concentrated different resources such as intellect and capital, Science Park can form a knowledge-intensive region which can take the most effective use of various resources. Complicated functions and high-quality environmental requirements result in the complex management and enormous initial capital investment of Science Park. Thus most Chinese Science Parks develop with land subcontract after the general planning in actual operation. The original plan always undermined in the condition of the deficiency of the joint mechanism of land development and different economic benefits of developers with the changing policy and weak control of government. All of these result in uncoordinated part-images which can not form an integrated space image. In this way, people always have a negative perception on science park space.
