医学工程学科术语体系研究 Research on the Subject Term System of Medical Engineering 解放军总医院医学保障部 曹德森 贺密会 严勇 吴昊 应俊 【摘要】 学科术语是对学科范围内特定或专有名词的标准化定义，以便传递相同的内涵和外延。 如何编撰学科术语词典，体系结构的设计非常重要，他不仅要勾勒清楚学科的全貌，也要为有 效收录和界定学科术语奠定基础。本学科术语体系结构包括基础术语、管理术语和技术术语三 个部分：第一部分，基础术语包含学科名称、学术组织、部门名称、职业名称和各专业术语等 5 个板块；第二部分，管理术语包含政策法规、质量管理、研发管理、采购管理、使用管理、 维修管理、经济管理、风险管理、标准化管理等 9 个板块；第三部分，技术术语包含医疗器械 分类、医疗设备、医疗器具、医用耗材和数字医学技术等 6个板块。该体系结构在 2011年 8 月 4日太原召开的医学工程学会常委扩大会议上经过了常委们的初步审议。 【关键词】 医学工程、学科术语体系、学科术语词典 【Abstract】 The subject term is the standardized definition of the proper noun or special term to express uniform meaning. The design of system framework is very important to edit the dictionary of subject term because it is not only describing the panorama of subject but also is establishing the foundation for demarcation scope of the subject. The medical engineering subject term system includes 3 sections. The first section is the foundation terms comprised five segments, including subject term title, academic organization, department name, the name of profession and specialty term. The second section is the management terms comprised nine segments, including policy and law, quality management, development management, purchasing management, using management, maintenance management, economic management, risk management and standardization management. The third section is the technical terms comprised six segments, including classify of medical device, medical equipment, medical apparatus, medical material and digital medical technic.
