国立华侨大学 毕业论文 题目:基于胜任力的培训管理体系的设计——以上海联通为例 完成日期 二零一四年四月 摘 要 随着信息化的不断推进,中国三大通信的竞争日益激烈。随着大数据时代的到来,通讯行业经历着前所未有的变革,通讯的发展方向正慢慢转向4G网络。新的技术和业务,以及改变的运营模式给上海联通的发展带来了极大的挑战。如何应对挑战,获取并保持企业竞争优势,使员工能适应岗位的胜任力要求,已成为目前上海联通的主要任务之一。从培训抓起,提高企业员工的工作素质,保证员工知识和技能的持续更新,是保持企业发展动力和竞争优势的主要手段。针对上海联通的战略发展方向,为了支持企业的可持续发展,提升培训效果,使员工更加胜任岗位的需求,大幅度提升员工的工作绩效,增强企业的核心竞争力,上海联通健全完善培训体系已成为不可阻挡的趋势。 关键词:胜任力;培训体系;绩效 Abstract As information technology continues to advance, the competition between Chinas three major communications industry increasingly fierce.With the advent of the era of big data, communications industry has experienced unprecedented change, the direction of development of communication network is slowly turning to 4G.New technologies and services, as well as the changing business model, has brought great challenge to the development of Shangha Unicom.How to deal with the challenges, obtain and maintain the competitive advantage, so that employees can reach to the job competency requirements, has become one of the main tasks of Shanghai Unicom.Grabbed from training to improve the quality of employees, to ensure that employees continue to update knowledge and skills, is the primary means to maintain the momentum and the competitive advantage of enterprise development.According to Shanghai Unicoms strategic direction, in order to support the sustainable development of the enterprises, enhance the effectiveness of training, so that employees can do more qualified jobs, greatly enhance the work performance of employees, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,building a sound and comprehensive training system become an irresistible trend of Shanghai Unicom.
