Methods: 24 rabbits were randomly divided into 4groups (n=6，each): traditional resuscitation group (groupA); hypothermy resuscitation group (groupB); octanol resuscitation group (group C);and hypothermy+ octanol resuscitation group (group D) . After the anesthesia with 3% Pentobarbital Sodium 30mg/kg intravenous injection, all rabbits were mechanical ventilated by the way of incision of tracheal ,were intubated through arteries and veins ,were electrocardiogram monitor. To imitated clinic, after the model of rabbits with improved Wiggers severe hemorrhagic shock was established, the process of each animal model had three periods: traumatic hemorhagic period(80min), pre-hospital treatment period(30min)and in-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation period(180min). In traumatic hemorhagic period，blood was collected from left femoral artery in 15 minutes, and the mean arterial pressure droped in 50mmHg, then keep the rabbits mean arterial pressure stabilizing at 50mmHg for 5 minutes;After that,the mean arterial pressure fluctuated at 35～40 mmHg for 60 minutes by the way of bloodletting or self-blood-transfusion.In pre-hospital treatment period, balanced solution was injected in internal carotid vein in group A(1ml/kg/min),the mean blood pressure rise to 80mmHg at fast;ice-water cap and big-blood-vessels-ice-compress were used to keep brain and body cooling in gr
