基于ANP的某企业安全文化模糊综合评价摘要近年来，人们对企业文化特别是企业安全文化愈加重视，对此方面的研究也愈加深入。本文在对企业安全文化深入了解的基础上，针对企业安全文化评价体系中各指标之间的相互影响关系，以及评价结果的模糊性和复杂性，采取运用网络层次分析法（ANP）和模糊综合评价法相结合的方法对企业安全文化进行综合评价。通过分析各指标之间的关系，建立ANP模型，利用超级决策软件Super Decisions计算各指标的权重，再结合模糊综合评价法对企业安全文化进行评价，为企业安全文化的发展和建设提供一定的指向。关键词：企业安全文化，网络层次分析法，模糊综合评价，超级决策软件Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of a corporate safety culture based on the ANPAbstractIn recent years，more and more people pay attention to corporate culture, especially corporate safety culture, so the study of this area become more and more deep.
