MODERN NURSING December 2007 ，Vol. 13 ，No. 35 老年慢性 肾功能衰竭患者抑郁状况调查及护理 马莉冰 王鸿涛 张晓英 [ 摘要] 目的 评估老年慢性 肾功能衰竭( chronic r en l f ilure , CRF ) 患者的抑郁状态及相关原 因，并提 出具有针对性的护理对策 。方法 对我院老年心肾科近 5 年来 60 岁以上的老年慢性 肾功能衰 竭患者 88 例 ，应用Willi m W K Zung 编制的抑郁 自评量表(( SDS) 及 自制 问卷进行评估。结果 88 例 老年 CRF 患者 中有 47 例 患有抑郁症 ，其发生率为 53. 4 0o, 影响老年 CRF 患者抑郁情绪的因素是 多方 面的，其 中最主要的有疾病痛苦、生活质量低 、长期住院等 。结论 老年 CRF 患者抑郁症发生率高，应 该采取积极的护理措施改善患者抑郁状态，提高生活质量 ，促进疾病康复。 【关键词】 慢性 肾功能衰竭; 老年人; 抑郁; 护理 Investig tion nd nur sing on depr ession of senile p tients with chr onic r en l f ilur e MA Li-bing ， WAN G H ong-t o ，ZHAN G Xi o-ying . Results Among 102 senile CRF p tients , 85 c ses suffered depression nd the incidence w s 83. 300. M ny f ctor s influenced depression of the p - t ients nd the most import nt f ct ors were p in c used by the dise se, low qu lity of life nd long 一t erm hospit liz tion. Conclusions The incidence of depr ession in the senile p tient s with CRF is high. It is suggest ed t h t posit ive nursing should be t ken for the senile p tient s wit h CRF t o reduce th eir depres- sion nd impr ove th eir qu lit y of life nd recovery .
