_______________________________________________________________________________ 农牧交错区土地荒漠化与生物多样性研究 ——以宁夏盐池县为例 侯瑞萍 张克斌 乔峰 李瑞 杨俊杰 （北京林业大学水土保持学院，100083，北京） 摘 要: 采用α-多样性指数即Shannon-Wiener 指数、Simpson 指数、群落均匀度指数Jsw 和Js 和β-多 样性指数 （相似性系数Cs）研究宁夏盐池县草原群落在不同荒漠化治理措施（人工封育、退耕还林、撂 荒地）固定样地植物多样性变化。对比 2002 和 2003 年不同类型固定样地植物多样性观测数据表明：到 2003 年，各实验样地的α-多样性指数均 不同程度的提高。β-多样性的研究结果同样表明：在不同治 理措施实验样地的种类组成已经发生了一定的变化。此外,本文还进一步分析了引起植物多样性变化的主 要原因。 关键词: 农牧交错带 盐池 定位监测 植物多样性 Study on Biodiversity and Desertification in the Ecotone of Agriculture-animal Husbandry －taking Yanchi County in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as example Hou Rui-ping Zhang Kebin Qiao Feng Li Rui （Soil and Water Conservation College, Beijing Forestry University, Beijing 100083 China) Abstract: The plant diversity of grassland under the different desertification controlling measures (by converting cropland to forests, closing and fencing and discontinuing farming and letting go out of cultivation ) in Yanchi County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was measured by using the method of α-diversity index (including Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index, community evenness index Jsw and Js ) and β-diversity index (measured by similarity coefficients). Compared with the different fixed sample plot observation data in 2002 and 2003, the results showed that α-diversity of experimented plots increased in varying degree in 2003. By means of comparing beta diversity index, the results also showed that the species composition of experimented plots have changed to various extent. IN addition, the main reason why the vegetation in Yanchi County became better than ever is also presented.
