The h igher the pu2 rity, the closer to the numerical values ofdry solidm aterials, exp laining the higher sugar content. Th is experi2 ment analysed the changing law of the sugarcane ju ice purity by using seven main sugarcane varieties in the Zhanjiang area. Their purity performanceswere: in the sugarcane maturing process, the pur ity ( including ap2 parent purity and gravity purity) increased unceasingly, the apparent purity and the gravity purity were chan2 ging alternately, the apparent purity and the gravity purity had a point of intersection. The resu lt of smi p ly re2 gression displayed that relationships ofsucrose content in juice( Suc) with the apparen t purity(AP) and gravity purity(GP) were linear regression.
