右美托咪定在椎管内麻醉中的应用 [摘要]目的：探讨右美托咪定在椎管内麻醉的应用效果。方法：把在我院收治的气管插管全身麻醉下进行腹部手术的老年患者60例分为对照组（咪达唑仑椎管内麻醉）和观察组（右美托咪定椎管内麻醉），就两组临床资料进行分析。结果：观察组的镇痛效果显著优于对照组；两组患者MAP在各时间段比较差异不显著，但较给药即时有一定程度下降；HR和RR方面在给药即时、手术10min，30min，60min时观察组患者略高于对照组，手术结束时差异不大；SPO2方面两组患者在各时间段比较差异不明显。结论：右美托咪定在椎管内麻醉具有镇痛效果好、无呼吸抑制等特点，同时安全性和有效性好，是一种理想的临床麻醉药。 关键词：右美托咪定；椎管内麻醉；临床效果 Dexmedetomidine given spinal anesthesia applications City in Jiangsu province peoples Hospital Jiangsu 22410 Wu Yongwei [ Abstract ] Objective: To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on intraspinal anesthesia application effect. Conclusion: dexmedetomidine in spinal anesthesia has good analgesic effect, no respiratory depression and other characteristics, at the same time, the safety and effectiveness of good, is an ideal clinical anesthetic.
