广东农业科学年第期 210 2012 16 基于珠三角地区农业经济发展需要的广东农业高级人才培养研究宋欢（华南农业大学党委办公室，广东广州 510642 ）摘要：随着广东产业升级全面提速和经济体制的深化改革，珠三角地区的农业经济发展也将不断调整对农业高级人才需 , 求的数量和质量也将发生变化。阐述了当前珠三角地区农业经济发展对人才需求的趋势以及广东农业高级人才培养的现状，提出基于珠三角地区农业经济发展需要的广东农业高级人才培养思路，以促进珠三角地区农业经济的可持续发展。关键词：珠三角地区；农业经济；农业高级人才；培养中图分类号：文献标识码：文章编号：（） S-40 A 1004-874X 2012 16-0210-03 Research of Guangdong agricultural senior personnel cultivation based on the agricultural economy development of the Pearl River Delta SONG Huan (Party Committee Office, South China Agricultual University Guangzhou 510642, China) Abstract:With the boost of the Guangdong industrial upgrading and the deepth of economic system reform,agriculture and economic development of the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region will continuously adjust the quantity and quality of senior personnel needs.This paper described the current trend of development of agricultural economy in the PRD region on the demand for talent and the status of Guangdong agriculture senior personnel cultivating.So the author proposed the innovating Guangdong agriculture senior personnel cultivating ideas based on the development of agricultural economy in the PRD region. It could achieve the sustainable development of the agricultural economy in the PRD. Key words: Pearl River Delta
