金菊千里光洁美洗液辅助微波护理宫颈糜烂及围术期护理的疗效观察 吴雪姣，王建国 (哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医院) 【摘要】 目的探讨应用金菊千里光洁美洗液辅助微波护理宫颈糜烂及围术期护理的疗效。方法将160例确诊为Ⅱ 一Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的患 者分为观察组和对照组．观察组微波护理后辅助金菊千里光洁美洗液外用于创面，对照组仅行微波护理，均行规范的围术期护理并观察疗 效 结果观察组疗效好于对照组，观察组的创面脱痂时间、术后阴道排液时间及流血时间更短，感染例数更少，两组比较P ()．o5．差异具有统计意义。结论金菊千里光洁美洗液化腐生肌、祛毒消肿、抗炎镇痛的作用特点适用于围术期护理辅助微波治疗宫颈糜烂，疗 效显著。 【关键词】金菊千里光洁美洗液；微波护理；宫颈糜烂；围术期护理 中图分类号：R472．9 文献标识码：A doi：10．3969／j．issn 1674—4659．2012．12．2216 Curative Efect of Liushen Pills and Auxiliary Microwave Treatment of Cervical Erosion and Perioperative Nursing TA0 Runjiao，YU Jianpeng (Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，Huangshi No．J Hospital,Huangshi 435000,China) [Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative efect of liushen pills and auxiliary microwave treatment of cervical erosion and the nursing during the perioperative period．Methods 1 60 cases diagnosed as II～III degree of cervical erosion were divided into two groups： observation group and control group．Then after the microwave treatment，the cases in the observation group were treated with the powder of liushen pills on the wounds，but the control group only had the microwave treatment，and the both groups had the same nursing during the perioperative period and we observed the curative efect．Results The curative efect of the observation group was better than that in the control group；the losing scab time，the postoperative vaginal discharge time and the bleeding time of the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group；the infective cases of the observation were fewer than those in the control group；P0．05．the diference had a statistical sign ificance．Conclusions The liushen pills with the useful characteristics of eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation，removing toxicity for detumescence，anti—inflammatory and analgesia on the nursing during the perioperative period to assist the microwave treatment ofcervical erosion，have a sign ificant efect． 【Key words】Liushen pills；Microwave treatment；Cervical erosion；Perioperative nurs
