疾病控制杂志 2005 年 2 月第 9 卷第 1 期 ·1 · 论 　　著 220 例自杀未遂者流行病学特点研究 1 1 2 3 4 贾存显 , 赵仲堂 , 潘永峰 , 赵书英 , 贾桂英 【摘要】　目的 　了解自杀未遂者的流行病学特点 ,为制订自杀行为的预防措施提供科学依据。方 法 　在山东省随机选取 7 个市县级综合医院急诊科或内科病房作为调查点 ,对 2003 年 1 月～2003 年 12 月 31 日新发生的220 例自杀未遂者进行调查。结果 　自杀未遂者中,居住在农村、年轻人、 文化程度低、已婚、低人均月收入、具有情感冲突者所占比例较高 ; 大多数采用农药方式自杀 (89. 7 %) ; 中、重度抑郁者所占比例近 60 % ,抑郁者中以内疚感所占比例最大 (67. 1 %) , 以形象糟 ( ) 。从自杀想法到自杀行为间隔时间 5 min 内的占 所占比例最小 40. 8 % 29. 9 % ,半小时内的约占 61. 7 % 。结论 　加强农药管理、改善周围不良环境条件对自杀未遂的预防具有重要作用。 【关键词】自杀未遂; 流行病学 ; 抑郁症 【中图分类号】R181 ; R395. 6 　　【文献标识码】A 　　【文章编号(2005) Epidemiological investigation on the characteristic of 220 suicide attempters 　J IA Cunxian1 , ZHAO 1 2 3 4 Zhongtang , PAN Yongfeng , ZHAO Shuying , J IA Guiying . 　1.
