The central air conditioning system design and installation requirements are also increasing to satisfy with human’s requirements of comfort and beauty. This paper reports the design of all system of meteorological administration office in Shanghai. The style of air condition of all the room in this reports use independent fresh air and fan-coil unit of air-water system. Side air supply can not be used in the lobby, because of the higher space in the lobby. Therefore, it needs a metal duct that connection in the outlet of the fan-coil unit, so it can lead the air supply down through the shutters. The water system reports in this design is closed system, it can reduce the consumption of lift, reduce energy consumption. The design including the cooling load calculation, air distribution calculations, duct design calculations, pipe design calculations, and the selection of the equipments, and the draw the picture of duct and pipe.
