6435 例阴道分泌物常规检验结果分析 高洪亮 张清禄 【摘 要】 目的 通过对6435例妇科阴道分泌物涂片的检验结果分析，了解本地区各类阴道炎的发病 情况及病原菌的分布情况，指导临床对妇科阴道病的预防和治疗。方法 对2009年11月～2010年 9月我 院门诊及住院患者中疑似阴道感染性疾病的6435例阴道分泌物标本进行湿片和涂片染色镜检。结果 6435 例阴道分泌物标本检查中，清洁度Ⅰ～Ⅱ度的占61.09％，清洁度Ⅱ～Ⅲ度的占38.91％。检出病原菌231 7例，占36.01%，其中念珠菌感染1132例，检出率17.59％；加德纳杆菌感染910例，检出率14．14％； 阴道滴虫275 例，检出率4.27％；念珠菌混合滴虫感染18 例占0.28％；念珠菌混合加德纳菌感染35 例， 占0.54％。结论 妇科阴道病由多种病原菌感染引起，应加强健康教育工作，提高女性的自我防范观念， 养成良好的生活方式及个人卫生习惯,同时临床上应重视对妇科阴道病病原学的检查并及时对症治疗，进一 步做好预防工作。 【关键词】阴道分泌物；常规检验；镜检；病原菌 6435 cases have a vaginal discharge regular test results of analysis Gao hong-liang， Zhang qi ng-lu，Weinan central hospital，Weinan 714000，Shanxi，China 【Abstract 】 Objective Through 6435 cases of vaginal smear of gynecologic examination results t o Understand the incidence of vaginitis region of the distribution and pathogens Methods in order to Clini cal guidelines for gynecology vaginal disease prevention and treatment．Methods For November 2009～S eptember 2010 in hospital outpatient and inpatient suspected vaginal infectious diseases 6435 vaginal sp ecimens were wet and smear dyeing. Results 6435 cases of vaginal secretion samples, inspection, clea nliness grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ accounted for 61.09%, Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree of cleanliness accounted for 38.91%. 2317 cases of isolated pathogens, accounting for 36.01%,of which 1132 cases of Candida infection ,the detecti on rate of 17.59%;Gardner 910 cases of tuberculosis infection, the detection rate of 14.14%;275 cases of vaginal trichomoniasis ,the detection rate of 4.27%;candida trichomonas infection in 18 cases account ed for 0.28%; candida infection Gardnerella 35 cases, accounting for 0.54%.
