上市公司网络财务报告决定因素的实证研究1 何玉 张天西 （上海交通大学管理学院 200052 ） [摘要] 随着互联网的广泛运用以及投资者对公司信息需求的增长，我国上市公司开始通过自己的网站披 露公司财务报告。但是，尽管网络财务报告具有低成本、受众广、及时性与可验证性等特点，上市公司 实施网络财务报告的决定却并不一致。通过对我国沪市774 家A 股公司的考察，研究表明：公司管理层 是否持股、独立董事比例、公司被出具的审计意见类型、公司行业类型以及公司规模等因素都对公司实 施网络财务报告的决定有显著影响。 [关键词] 网络财务报告 决定因素 实证研究 上市公司 [JEL 分类]C12，D21，M41 [中国分类号] F275 [文献标识码]A Empirical Reasearch On Determinants of Internet Financial Report by Listed Companies He Yu, Zhang Tianxi (School of Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai 200052,China) [Abstract] Responding to the widespread adoption of the Internet and the rapidly growing demands for information from shareholders, Listed Chinese Companies are using the Internet for financial reporting. Although internet financial reporting has the benefits of low cost, wider reach， timeliness and verifiability，decision of internet financial reporting varies across companies. Findings from 774 listed companies from Shanghai Stock Exchanges support the proposition that decision of internet financial reporting are responsive to specific attributes of companys environment, such as the proportion of shares held by managers, the proportion of independent directors, the type of audit opinion and the type of industry, the size of company.
