2007届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 解决中小企业资金紧缺的途径研究 院系名称： 管理学院 专业班级： 会计学0303班 学生姓名： 马世宝 学 号： 20034901318 指导教师： 汪 萍 教师职称： 讲 师 2007 年5 月 26日 摘 要 随着经济全球化的不断发展，中小企业已经成为经济活动中最为活跃的力量，是社会经济生活不可缺少的组成部分，具有同大企业一样的生命力。我国中小企业对国民经济的贡献率不断上升，特别是在扩大就业，满足人们多样化和个性化需求，实现社会专业化协作，培育企业家，技术创新等方面发挥出日益重要的优势和作用。如何管理好企业成为目前理论界讨论的热点。企业是市场的主体,市场要求实现企业价值最大化,在企业的各项专业管理中只有资金管理才能起到这种“龙头”作用。 资金是企业生存与发展的前提条件,一个企业只有能以尽可能低的资金成本取得源源不断的资金供应,他才能迅速发展并显示出生生不息的活力。 目前，中小企业普遍面临着资金紧缺，它不仅影响了中小企业的发展，而且影响了国家宏观经济增长和市场经济建设的速度。因此，解决中小企业的资金紧缺，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文首先介绍中小企业的现状，阐述了中小企业界定标准及经营特点；接着说明资金管理在中小企业中的作用；然后通过案例分析中小企业资金紧缺的原因；最后利用微观和宏观的观点提出一些解决中小企业资金紧缺的建议，从而促进中小企业持续、协调和快速发展。 关键词 中小企业 资金管理 资金紧缺 Title Goes out medium-sized and small enterprises the fund scarce economical difficult position Abstract With economic globalization uninterrupted growth, medium-sized and small enterprises already becomes the most enlivening strength in the economic activity, is an essential ingredient of social and economic activities, has the same life-force as big business-like. The contribution to national economy of the medium-sized and small enterprises in our country rise unceasingly, especially in creating more jobs, satisfying the diversifying and individual need of people , realizing the society cooperation along specialized lines, cultivating entrepreneurs, technological innovating,　play out advantages and effects gradually. How to manage the enterprise becomes hot spot at theory boundary at present.
