残疾人大学生论文：我国残疾人大学生就业问题研究 【中文摘要】目前我国整体就业形势严峻,残疾人大学生作为同时具有残疾人和大学生属性的一个特殊群体,在以“双向选择”和“自主择业”为主的市场导向就业机制中的弱势地位日益明显。同时,残疾人高等教育和残疾人大学生就业作为体现社会文明的标志也未受到全社会应有的重视和关注。因此,如何解决我国残疾人大学生就业难题是目前残疾人研究领域的热点问题,同时也是需要集社会、政府、高校合力解决的重大社会问题。本研究通过分析我国残疾人高等教育现状、残疾人大学生就业现状、政府法律法规制定和社会责任感等问题探讨形成我国残疾人大学生就业困境的原因,并通过社会排斥理论、就业能力不充分理论和就业信息不对称理论对我国残疾人大学生就业困难现象进行深入分析。研究结果显示我国残疾人大学生就业困难与高等教育缺乏就业指导、政府法律法规笼统不细化、社会歧视和残疾人大学生自身综合素质有关,并指出制度层面的社会排斥、资源配置的社会排斥和文化认知层面的社会排斥是其深层次原因。本研究通过探讨残疾人大学生就业困境和原因,并结合发达国家对残疾人大学生就业方面的有益经验和方法,根据我国国情提出完善残疾人大学生就业的相关优惠政策、引导社会消除对残疾人大学生的歧视和偏见、加强残疾人大学生综合素质教育、加强专业的就业中介机构建设是解决我国残疾人大学生就业困境的主要途径。 【英文摘要】At present, the overall employment situation is great burden to the government and society, especially the employment of disabled college students is the most difficult. The employment situation of disabled students, a special group of society, is symbol of improving social civilization and policies. The whole society should give special and sustained attention to disabled college students.This paper observed the employment status of China抯 disabled students, the status of higher education to disabled students, government laws and policies and social responsibility, then analyzes the plight of employment of disabled students has close relationship with lack of career guidance, short of government laws and policies, social discrimination and disabled students themselves. And through social exclusion theory, human capital theory to explain the most important and deeper reasons for the phenomenon of employment difficulties of disabled students in China, the results pointed out that the institution, resources and cultural awareness social exclusion play a key role.After research of the plight of employment of disabled students and the useful experience and methods of developed country, the paper show that improving of related preferential policies, guiding to the community to eliminate discrimination, enhancing the overall quality of education and employment agencies are best methods to impr
