Methods 12kinds of antibacterial drugs忆annual consump鄄 tion from 2010 to 2013 and resistance of common pathogens to these drug was statistically analyzed,and the correlation between DDDs and bacterial resistance was analyzed. Results The DDDs of 12kinds of antibacterial drugs from 2010 to 2013 were in fluctuating state,and bacterial resistance rate increased year by year;the higher the rank of DDDs in antimicrobial drugs,the higher the bacterial resistance. Conclusion Unreasonable use of antimicrobial drugs will accel鄄 erate the production of bacterial resistance.Reasonably standardized application and management of antimicrobial drugs candelaythe produce ofresistant,is of great significanceto the clinicaltreatment.
