Abstract: Xinjiang oilfield company water supply company is the intelligent
management enterprise that includes production, transport, supply and sales. As the
operation terminal, the management level of fit and unfit quality of marketing services
management directly affects the normal operation of the water supply enterprise. It is
a set of water supply pipe network and analysis of marketing system based on
geographical information system. It includes the .net framework, and uses
MapXtreme for secondary development component. It storages data in Oracle Spatial
